Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it. Out of curiosity, have you seen anything in the dumps that show any of the above could be related? If that doesn't work, I'll try the screen saver and disabling hibernation. Though I've actually updated recently in an attempt to resolve this issue so will try and download an older version from the vendor website. If that doesn't help, I'll attempt a rollback of my actual display driver. I don't use Citrix that often so could always just enable/disable as needed if it turns out to be the culprit. I've decided to disable the Citrix Display Adapter to see if that will help. I do remember Citrix software having issues around the time of the update that started causing the BSOD so perhaps it's related. I need Citrix for work so can't uninstall it. Under display adapters, I have a Citrix Indirect Display Adapter (for remote connection). The display adapter does look to be related according to that link. I saw you previously mentioned attempting to disable the screen saver and hibernate before editing it with the above link. I shall run the memory and hard drive tests later on.
#Multitouch 1.3.0 zip file#
I'll include a link to the zip file of my sysdump as a Google drive link with restricted access if you don't mind as I'd like to control access to it. I feel like it started happening after a Windows update a few months ago. I've seen a few people complain of a similar issue so it may be related. With the likelihood of happening feeling greater than 50%. If it's been in sleep mode for more than 15 to 20 minutes, it feels like it's a coin flip on whether or not it'll happen. If it's just gone to sleep, it never happens. But it's more likely to happen when the laptop has been in sleep mode for a while. I'm having issues with my laptop occasionally getting a BSOD when recovering from sleep mode.
